摘要
预切式甘蔗横向种植机集蔗系统出现的送料无序的问题,直接影响播种的均匀性和播种效率。为此,设计了一种预切式甘蔗种植机的倾倒送料装置,该装置可以通过旋转倾倒框来控制倾倒送料装置的角度,拉动抽板完成送料动作。通过动力学ADAMS软件对主要机构进行动力学仿真分析,结果显示:甘蔗能够较好地按照预期轨迹从倾倒送料装置中有序地掉落到集蔗箱内。通过进行单因素及正交试验,研究了甘蔗数量、倾倒箱与集蔗箱的水平距离、倾倒箱的倾倒角度、倾倒轴到倾倒箱前端面的距离和倾倒箱的导板角度5个因素对倾倒效果的影响,找出影响倾倒质量的因素。试验结果表明:最优参数组合为A3B3C2,即甘蔗数量为72根,倾倒角度为100°,倾倒轴到倾倒箱前端面距离为120mm。
For the problem of disordered feeding in the sugarcane collecting system of the existing pre-cut transverse sugarcane planter,it directly affects the uniformity and efficiency of sowing.In order to reduce the disorder in the process of sugarcane feeding,a dumping feeding device of pre-cut sugarcane planter is designed.The device can control the angle of the dumping feeding device by rotating the dumping frame and pull the sugarcane pulling board to complete the feeding action.Dynamics simulation analysis of the main mechanism was carried out by dynamic ADAMS software.The simulation results show that sugarcane can fall from the dumping feeding device to the sugarcane collecting box in an orderly manner according to the expected trajectory.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the effects of sugarcane quantity,horizontal distance between dumping box and sugarcane collecting box,dumping angle of dumping box,distance from dumping shaft to front end of dumping box and guide plate angle of dumping box on dumping effect were studied,and the factors affecting dumping quality were found out.The results showed that the optimal combination of parameters was A3B3C2(the number of sugarcane was 72,the dumping angle was 100 degrees,and the distance from the dumping axis to the front end of the dumping box was 120 mm).
