胃癌术后患者未满足需求现状及影响因素的研究

Study on the unmet needs of postoperative patients with gastric cancer and its influencing factors

目的探讨胃癌术后患者未满足需求现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和中文版癌症未满足需求量表对符合纳入标准的120例患者进行调查。结果胃癌术后患者未满足需求总分为(59.98±10.27)分,其中信息未满足需求维度的条目均分最高,为(2.61±0.52)分;性别和病程是胃癌术后患者未满足需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后患者未满足需求处于中等水平,性别和病程是其影响因素。提示医务人员在工作中应针对不同性别患者及其所处恢复阶段采取个体化的治疗和护理措施,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status quo of gastric cancer patients'unmet needs after surgery and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were investigated using the general information questionnaire and Short-Form Survivor Unmet Needs Survey.Results The total score of unmet needs of gastric cancer patients after surgery was(59.98±10.27),with the highest mean score of unmet needs of information(2.61±0.52).Gender and course of disease were the main influencing factors of unmet needs of patients with gastric cancer after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The unmet needs of gastric cancer patients after surgery are at a moderate level,and gender and disease course are the influencing factors.It is suggested that medical staff should take individualized treatment and nursing measures for patients of different genders and patients at different recovery stages to improve their quality of life.
