国家早期预警评分在骨肿瘤患者病情评估中的应用研究

The application of national early warning score in the assessment of bone tumor patients

目的探讨国家早期预警评分在骨肿瘤患者病情评估中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月215例骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组104例按照常规方法对患者进行病情观察,实验组111例采用国家早期预警评分进行病情评估,比较两组的差异。结果医生对实验组患者的护士工作满意度高于对照组,实验组非计划转入ICU率低于对照组,平均住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论国家早期预警评分用于骨肿瘤患者病情评估,具有操作简单、方便易行、无须额外增加患者痛苦及医疗费用等优点,可以作为病情评估预测疾病趋势的有效工具。

Objective To evaluate the practice and effect of national early warning score(NEWS)in the evaluation of the condition of bone tumor patients.Method A total of 215 cases of bone tumor patients from Jan.to Dec.of 2019 were selected by convenience sampling method as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,104 cases of the control group were observed by using a conventional methods routine,and 111 cases of the experimental group were evaluated by NEWS score.Compared the differences between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of nursing care from doctors in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of unplanned transfer to ICU was lower than that of the control group,while the average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion NEWS score can be used to evaluate the condition of patients with bone tumor,which has the advantages of simple operation application,convenience,and no additional pain burden and medical costs for patients.It can be used as an effective tool for disease assessment and predicting illness trend.
