口腔癌术后缺损修复的研究进展

Development of defect reconstruction after oral cancer surgery

随着外科技术的日益发展,口腔颌面部肿瘤切除所致组织缺损的处理逐渐成为了临床治疗中的热点与难点,口腔癌的治疗理念也从“切得好”转变为“切得好,修得更好”。完善的颌面缺损修复重建可以促进患者术后早期康复,提高患者的生存率与生存质量。本文就口腔癌术后缺损修复重建技术的发展及目前面临的一些问题进行归纳总结,做一述评。

With the increasing development of surgical techniques,the treatment of tissue defects caused by oral and maxillofacial tumor resection has gradually become a hot topic and difficult point in clinical treatment,and the treatment concept of oral cancer has also changed from“cut well”to“cut well,reconstruct well”.Perfect maxillofacial defect repair and reconstruction can promote early recovery of patients after surgery,and improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients.This article summarizes and reviews the development and some of the current problems in postoperative defect repair and reconstruction technology for oral cancer.
