安徽省数字普惠金融发展水平的时空动态差异性研究

Spatial and Temporal Dynamic Differences of the Development Level of DigitalInclusive Finance in Anhui Province

运用Dagum基尼系数分解法对安徽省皖南、皖中与皖北三大区域2011-2018年数字普惠金融发展的空间差异及动态演进进行了研究。结果表明:安徽省三大区域数字普惠金融发展水平具有上升趋势且区域内与区域间差异均呈缩小态势;三大区域数字普惠金融发展的空间差异主要来源于区域间差异,且各区域间发展水平存在明显的差异。据此提出实行差异性发展战略、加强区域间金融合作等建议,以促进安徽省各区域数字普惠金融服务均衡化发展。数字普惠金融提高了普惠金融的可获得性,为普惠金融的发展提供助力,对促进区域经济协调发展具有重要意义。

Dagum’s Gini coefficient decomposition method was used to study the spatial differences and dynamic evolution of digital financial inclusion in the three major regions of Southern Anhui,Central Anhui,and Northern in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2018 in the paper.The results showed that the development level of digital inclusive finance has an upward trend in the three major regions of Anhui Province,and the regional and inter-regional differences are shrinking;the spatial differences of digital inclusive finance mainly come from regional differences in the three major regions,and there are significant differences in the development level of digital inclusive finance among the three regions.Based on the analysis conclusion,implement differentiated development strategies and strengthen inter-regional financial cooperation were proposed to promote the balanced development of digital inclusive financial services in various regions of Anhui Province.Digital inclusive finance has improved the availability of inclusive finance,the assistance to the development of inclusive finance was provided,and it was of great significance to promoting the coordinated development of regional economies.
