公示语翻译的社会价值与修辞研究

On the Social Value and Rhetoric of Public Signs Translation

对公示语翻译的社会价值进行了研究,并针对公示语翻译修辞中的理论基础问题、修辞意识问题进行了研究,基于现阶段公示语翻译工作中存在的问题进行了全面分析,指出了公示语翻译中拼写错误、机械翻译、文化内涵理解误差三方面的问题,并进一步提出了语言氛围营造、翻译规范性提升、遵从语言表达特征以及语境差异尊重四方面具体策略。公示语在社会生活中发挥着重要的指导和提示作用,因此针对公示语开展翻译工作需要在严谨性和规范性上加强重视。

It analyzed the social value of public signs translation,the theoretical basis and rhetorical awareness in the translation of public signs in this paper,made a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the translation of public signs,and pointed out three problems in the translation of public signs,including spelling errors,mechanical translation and cultural connotation understanding errors,and further put forward four specific strategies,namely,the creation of language atmosphere,the promotion of translation standardization,the compliance with language expression characteristics and the respect for context differences.Public signs play an important role in guiding and prompting social life,the translation of public signs,attention should be paid to the rigor and standardization.
