Practice Path of Labor Education Development in Local Applied Universities in the New Era

从地方应用型本科院校开展劳动教育的实际状况出发,探讨劳动教育开展的途径,优化其综合育人价值,运用劳动教育课程的评价方式,明确高校劳动教育的目的,形成高校关心和社会支持的良好氛围,构建和完善新时代高校劳动教育课程体系,实现劳动育人的价值旨归。高校承担着全面育人的重要任务,劳动教育作为德智体美劳全面发展教育目标之一,发挥着以劳育人功能。因此,新时代高校应明确劳育定位,有效开展劳动教育,这对地方应用型本科高校的发展具有重要的意义。

Starting from the actual situation of labor education in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges,this paper analyzes its development status and reasons,tries to explore the ways to carry out labor education,optimize its comprehensive educational value,appropriately apply the evaluation methods of labor education courses,clarify the purpose of labor education in colleges and universities,and finally form a good atmosphere of concern and social support in colleges and universities,build and improve the curriculum system of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,and realize the value of labor education.Colleges and universities undertake the important task of educating people in an all-round way.Labor education,as one of the educational goals of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,plays the role of educating people with labor.In the new era,colleges and universities should define the orientation of labor and education.Therefore,the effective development of labor education is of great significance to the development of local application-oriented universities in the New Era.
