摘要
分别采用球磨机和棒磨机对0.5~3 mm粒级中煤进行了磨矿和浮选试验;结果表明:棒磨产品的粒度组成更加均匀,球磨过程中容易产生过细磨现象;在同样的煤油用量下,球磨产品的精煤产率、精煤灰分和可燃体回收率均高于棒磨产品;相比球磨产品,棒磨产品具有较高的浮选完善指标。
Ball mill and rod mill are adopted separately to make the grinding test and flotation test for the coal of 0.5~3 mm grain size;the result shows:it will be more even of particle size composition of rod mill products and easily produce over-fine grinding during the process of ball milling;Clean coal production rate,clean coal ash and combustible gas recovery rate of Ball mill products are higher than rod mill products under the same Kerosene consumption;rod mill products have relatively high flotation perfect index compared with the ball mill products.
