摘要
从结构件强度、刚度的角度,对某款消防车液罐材质由不锈钢替代为聚丙烯的可行性进行了研究。运用Ansys有限元分析软件,对液罐进行了过载、刹车两种消防车典型行驶工况静力分析,结果表明,该材质的液罐满足设计强度要求,能替代传统的液罐不锈钢材料。
From the perspective of structural strength and rigidity,the feasibility of replacing the foam tank material of a certain foam fire truck from stainless steel to polypropylene was studied;using Ansys finite element software,the foam tank was subjected to two types of fire protection:overload and brake.The static analysis of typical driving conditions of the vehicle shows that the foam tank of this material meets the design strength requirements and can replace the traditional stainless steel foam tank.
