枯否细胞在肝移植脂肪供肝的缺血再灌注损伤中的作用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury,IRI)是肝移植的常见危险因素,与早期移植肝的无功能和功能障碍密切相关。当发生IRI时,会产生大量的氧自由基和炎症因子,引起肝脏损伤,枯否细胞(Kupffer cells,KCs)的激活与其密切相关。同时,由于肝移植供肝的需求不断增多,脂肪供肝在肝移植中的使用越来越普遍。然而,脂肪供肝发生脂肪变性,导致脂质过氧化、ATP合成酶活性下降和微循环损伤等病理生理变化。这一方面使KCs加剧脂肪供肝的IRI,另一方面也影响其对肝脏的保护作用,使KCs的总体作用向损害肝脏的方向偏移。因此,探索KCs在肝移植脂肪供肝的IRI中的作用机制已成为亟待解决的问题。本文综述了KCs的形态、功能及其在肝移植脂肪供肝的IRI中发挥的作用。
