MicroRNA在IgA肾病中的研究进展

摘要 IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是以IgA为主的免疫复合物沉积在肾小球伴系膜增生、基质增多的免疫复合物性肾炎,是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病[1]。在10~20年内有20%~40%的IgAN患者发展为终末期肾病(ESRD)[2]。IgAN的明确诊断需要进行肾活检,早期诊断对于预防IgAN进展为终末期肾脏疾病非常重要[3]。然而肾活检仅提供疾病状态的特征,因此在疾病活动性评估中也有局限性[4]。
