木塑城市家具连接件及连接方式研究

Study on Connectors and Connection Modes of Wood-Plastic City Furniture

家具连接件用于家具构件之间的连接,合理选择家具连接件与连接方式可以充分发挥家具的功能,改进家具制造工艺,节约生产材料,提高生产效率,减少对材料的浪费。论文简要描述了中国木塑城市家具的发展现状,归纳总结木塑城市家具的连接件及连接方式的分类与应用,选择木塑亭子、木塑花箱和木塑垃圾桶作为研究对象,提出这三类产品所使用的连接件和连接方式存在的问题。通过研究,将木塑城市家具与连接件有效结合,合理使用连接方式,促使木塑城市家具的结构更加完善合理。

Furniture connectors are used for the connection between furniture components.Reasonable selection of furniture connectors and connection modes can give full play to the function of furniture,improve the furniture manufacturing process,save production materials,improve production efficiency,and reduce the waste of materials.This paper briefly describes the development status of China’s WPC furniture and summarizes the classification and application of WPC furniture connectors and connection modes.Taking WPC pavilion,WPC flower box,and WPC garbage bin as the research objects,it puts forward the problems facing the connectors and connection modes used in these three types of products.Through the research,the effective combination of WPC urban furniture and connectors is achieved.The rational use of the connection mode will promote the structure of WPC urban furniture.
