农民集中居住区社会行动体系重建及反思

Reconstruction and Reflection of Social Action System in Farmers’Concentrated Residential Community

随着城乡人口流动性进一步增强,传统地域共同体不断消解,如何重塑地域认同及整合机制是现代地域社会新公共性重建的重要基础;作为公共性重塑机制和地域生成路径,重塑普遍主义价值观导向的主体性社会行动体系是农民集中居住区社区化秩序重构的关键。基于地域社会理论视角,考察苏北农民集中居住区社会行动体系转型及重建的实践过程发现,集中居住过程中空间"脱嵌"的农民个体"脱身不脱根",依然不同程度地延续着传统村落型地域整合机制,使得社区化导向的地域关联及社会认同机制难以有效建立,"半融合"样态的农民集中居住区主体性社会行动体系及新地域公共性重建缺乏必要的社会基础。如何找回行动并重塑主体性社会行动体系,就成为农民集中居住区重建新地域公共性并顺利过渡到社会生活共同体的关键。

With the further increase of urban and rural population mobility and the continuous dissolution of traditional regional communities,how to reshape the regional identity and integration mechanism is an important basis for the new public reconstruction of modern regional society.As the public shaping mechanism and the regional generation path,reshaping the main social action system guided by the universalism values is the key to the transformation of rural residential system and community-based order among the farmers’concentrated residential areas.Based on the perspective of regional social theory,this paper investigates the transformation and reconstruction of the social action system of the farmers’concentrated residential areas in Northern Jiangsu Province.It is found that in the process of concentrated living,the farmers"who are separated from their roots"still stick to the traditional village type land integration mechanism in varying degrees,which makes it difficult to establish the community oriented regional association and social identity mechanism effectively.There is a lack of necessary social foundations for the main social action system and the new regional public reconstruction of the"semi-integrated"rural concentrated residential areas.Therefore,how to recover the action and reshape the subjective social action system has become the key to reconstruct the new regional publicity and transfer to the social life community smoothly.
