蜂王浆富含多种活性成分,是一种理想的保健品。随着日本、欧盟等国家对蜂王浆农药残留限量要求的提高,蜂王浆中农药残留检测技术的发展受到越来越多关注。对国内外近几年关于蜂王浆中农药残留检测技术的研究进行归纳总结,并对蜂王浆出口贸易中关注的多种高风险农药残留检测技术进行展望,为未来检测技术开发提供思路。

Royal jelly was an ideal health product because it was rich in active ingredients.As the increase of pesticide residue limit requirement of royal jelly in Japan,EU and other countries,the development of pesticide residue detection technology in royal jelly had attracted more and more attention.The research on pesticide residue detection technology in royal jelly in recent years was summarized,and many kinds of high-risk pesticide residue detection technology in royal jelly export trade were put forward,to provide ideas to develop detection technology in the future.
