基于柔性电子技术的康养家具设计——以颈椎矫正枕设计为例 被引量:8

摘要 随着现代生活方式和习惯的改变,颈椎病出现“年轻化”趋势,睡眠问题也成为困扰人们的烦恼之一。综述了近年来柔性电子技术的研究现状;通过问卷调查法分析了目前人们的睡眠状况及颈椎按摩产品的使用情况;通过文献查阅法分析了颈椎曲度检测方法和升降枕的内部结构特征;提出柔性传感器技术及对枕头内部结构进行科学改进的方法,并设计了康养家具产品——颈椎矫正枕,该产品可实现实时监测并记录用户睡眠时的颈椎曲度和及时矫正用户不良睡姿的功能,使用户在睡眠过程中保持健康的睡眠姿势,从而保养颈椎;基于研究提出了智能家居的发展方向,以期为家居行业发展提供参考。 With the change of modern lifestyle and habits,cervical spondylosis appears to be getting younger,and sleep problem has become one of the troubles for people.The research status of flexible electronic technology in recent years was reviewed.The current sleep status of people and the use of cervical massage products were analyzed through questionnaires;The cervical curvature detection method and the internal structure characteristics of the lifting pillow were analyzed by literature review.The flexible sensor technology and the method to improve the internal structure of the pillow were put forward,and the cervical vertebra correction pillow,a health care furniture product was designed.This product can realize real-time monitoring and recording of users'cervical curvature during sleep and timely correction of users'bad sleeping posture,so that users can maintain a healthy sleeping posture during sleep,so as to maintain cervical spine maintenance.Based on the research,the development direction of smart home was proposed in order to provide a reference for the development of the home industry.
