某综合医院运用危机管理理论处置应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的探索实践

A General Hospital Applied Crisis Management Theory to Address the COVID-19 Epidemic

本文运用危机管理理论系统梳理了某代表性三甲综合医院在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情过程中的举措,详细阐释了在危机管理理论指导下,如何以缩减风险危害为核心,在准备、反应和恢复等各个阶段开展重点工作落实应对难点;归纳总结了如何在危机处置中把握机遇、理顺管理流程和进行探索创新的经验;提出应实现信息共享,发挥"医联体"体系中基层医疗机构积极作用,以使综合医院应对突发公共卫生事件危机时更加从容有序。本文对在明确防疫原则和总体思想前提下,指导医院充分发挥综合协调及全面施策能力具有重要意义。

In this article,crisis management theory is applied to systematically summarize the measures taken by a representative third-grade general hospital in response to the COVID-19 epidemic,determine how to reduce risks and hazards as the core under the guidance of crisis management theory,and determine how to carry out key work and response difficulties in various stages such as preparation,response and recovery.This paper summarizes the experience of seizing the opportunity,rationalizing the management process and exploring innovation in crisis management.It is proposed that information sharing should be realized,and the active role of primary medical institutions in the system of"medical consortium"should be launched,so as to enable general hospitals to be more calm and orderly in coping with the crisis of public health emergencies.This paper is of great significance to guide the hospital to fully exploid the comprehensive coordination and comprehensive policy ability under the premise of clarifying the epidemic prevention principle and general thought.
