中西医结合干预VEGF表达防治NPDR的研究进展

Research progress on the intervention of VEGF expression in the prevention of NPDR by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

糖尿病性视网膜病(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是一种进行性亚临床微血管并发症,由于视网膜血管内皮损伤和各种病理变化,触发了不可逆的视网膜损伤,最终导致失明,已成为全世界失明的主要原因之一。因此,在DR早期,及时治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)是预防或延迟视力丧失的最佳方法。血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是一种血管内皮衍生的生长因子,可改善血管通透性,诱导内皮细胞生长,加重视网膜损伤,在DR的发病机理中有重要作用。近年来,针对DR的治疗,不管是单纯药物治疗,还是药物联合激光等方式的治疗都能有效改善血清VEGF指标,减缓新生血管的生长,保护视网膜。本文就近年来有关中西医结合干预VEGF表达防治NPDR的研究进展进行综述。

Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is a progressive subclinical micro vascular complication.It is caused by retinal vascular endothelial damage and various pathological changes,triggers irreversible retinal damage,and eventually leads to blindness,has become one of the leading causes of blindness worldwide.Therefore,timely treatment of Non-Pro liferative Diabetic Retinopathy(NPDR) in the early stages of DR is the best way to prevent or delay vision loss.Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) is a vascular endothelial growth factor,which can enhance vascular permeability,induce endothelial cell growth,aggravate retinal damage,and play an indispensable role in the pathogenesis of DR.In recent years,the treatment of DR,whether it is a simple drug treatment or a combination of drugs and laser treatment,can effectively improve the serum VEGF index,slow the growth of new blood vessels,and protect the retina.This article reviews the recent advances in research on the intervention of VEGF expression and prevention of NPDR by integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
