摘要
本文分析了江西省食品科技"十三五"发展概况、存在问题、面临的机遇与挑战,阐述了江西省"十四五"食品科技创新的指导思想和基本原则,提出了食品科技创新的重点领域和关键技术,以及相应的保障措施。
This paper analyzed the development,existing problems,opportunities and challenges of food science and technology in Jiangxi province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.It expounded the guidelines and basic principles of food science and technology innovation in Jiangxi province during the 14 th Five-Year Plan.The key fields and key technologies of food science and technology innovation as well as the corresponding safeguard measures were put forward.
