Celadon Blended in Shanghai-style Culture

青瓷属单色釉,在青瓷中龙泉青瓷最为出名,它位于浙江省龙泉市,始烧于三国两晋,发展至今已有1500多年了,它在中国乃至世界陶瓷史上烧制时间最长,窑址分布最广,它以釉色凝重有玉质感而闻名中外。近日听说上海也有人在制作青瓷且有二十多年了,便约了几位搞艺术的朋友去拜访了中国工艺美术设计家,上海中国陶瓷艺术家协会会员徐善平先生。

In Xu Shanping Studio,I am impressed by a display cabinet filled with his celadon works.At first sight,these works can be identified as Longquan celadon works from glazing color.However,they differ from those celadon works I saw on the market from the perspective of form,craft and creativity.Then Mr.Xu Shanping briefly introduces the history of his celadon creation.
