文章围绕当代中国婚俗改革七十年的历程,将其划分为婚俗改革的提出与确立、破坏与维持、恢复与转向、完善与发展、创新与整合五个历史阶段。在回顾与梳理各个阶段婚俗改革的主要内容和历史经验的基础上,分析婚俗改革的核心要旨,展望婚俗改革的未来发展方向。婚俗改革的关键在于通过国家政策引导,婚姻登记机关、基层群众自治组织、社会组织和婚姻服务企业的推动,在律令与礼俗的互动中激发群众自我变革的内生性力量。婚俗改革未来的发展方向应该做到"三个坚持"和"三个结合":第一,坚持顶层设计与基层动员相结合;第二,坚持政府主导治理与基层社区自治相结合;第三,坚持弘扬时代精神与传承礼俗文化相结合。

The article revolves around the 70-year history of the marriage folklore reform in contemporary China,and divides it into five historical stages:the proposal and establishment of the marriage folklore reform,destruction and maintenance,restoration and transformation,improvement and development,and innovation and integration.On the basis of reviewing and sorting out the main content and historical experience of the marriage folklore reform at various stages,it analyzes the core gist of the marriage folklore reform and forcasts the future development of the marriage folklore reform.The key to the reform of marriage folklore is to inspire the endogenous force of the masses to transform themselves in the interaction of laws and etiquette,through the guidance of national policies,and the joint promotion by marriage registration agencies,grassroots self-governance organizations,social organizations and marriage service enterprises.The future development of marriage folklore reform lies in"three adherings"and"three combinations":first,adhering to the combination of top-level system design and grassroots mobilization;second,adhering to the combination of government-led governance and community self-governance;third,adhering to the combination of carrying forward the spirit of the times and inheriting etiquette and culture.
