智障儿童家庭照护者研究回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Family Caregivers of Intellectual Disabled Children

家庭照护是大多数智障儿童童年生活的主要照护方式。智障儿童家庭照护者面临终身照护的责任,且随儿童的成长面对愈来愈大的挑战。学术界对智障儿童家庭照护者的定义、压力与需求以及回应策略等进行了大量的研究,取得了丰硕的成果,但仍有深化的空间。未来研究可从以下三方面进行:定量与定性并用,细化智障儿童家庭照护者的干预策略研究;短期与长期结合,追踪研究智障儿童家庭照护者在患儿成长不同时期的动态压力、需要与支持;探索长期护理服务中的正式护理对智障儿童照护需求的满足以及促使家庭照护者获得喘息的可能。

Family care is the main way of care for most children with intellectual disabilities in their childhood lives.Family caregivers of children with intellectual disabilities face the responsibility of lifelong care,and face increasing challenges as children growing up.Academia has conducted a lot of research on the definition,pressure and needs,and response strategies of family caregivers of mentally handicapped children,and has achieved fruitful results.But there is still room for deepening.Future research can be carried out from the following three aspects:combine quantitative and qualitative research to refine the intervention strategies of family caregivers of children with intellectual disabilities.Combine short-term and long-term studies to track and study the dynamic pressure,needs and support of parents of children with intellectual disabilities in different periods of children’s growth.Explore the satisfaction of formal care in long-term care services to the care needs of intellectual disabled children and the possibility of prompting family caregivers to get respite.
