摘要
本文详细叙述了近年来氧化反应在有机物合成中的地位,以及微通道技术在气液氧化反应、液液均相、非均相氧化反应及非均相催化氧化反应中的广泛应用。微通道氧化反应技术较传统间歇工艺具有更好的传质传热性能、更安全可靠、产品选择性也更高。
This paper describes the status of oxidation reaction in organic synthesis in recent years,and the wide application of microchannel technology in gas-liquid oxidation reaction,liquid-liquid homogeneous,heterogeneous oxidation reaction and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation reaction.Compared with the traditional batch process,microchannel oxidation reaction technology has better mass transfer and heat transfer performance,more safe and reliable,and higher product selectivity.
