摘要
中年男性患者,临床表现为反复荨麻疹,大量蛋白尿伴镜下血尿,补体C3、C4、C1q降低,抗核抗体、抗C1q抗体阳性。肾活检组织学为肾小球膜增生性病变。结合临床,符合低补体荨麻疹性血管炎综合征。
A 54-year-old man presented with chronic recurrent urticaria.Laboratory tests showed heavy proteinuria,microscopic hematuria with decreased C3,C4 and C1 q.ANA and anti-C1 q antibody were positive.Renal biopsy revealed membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.The final diagnosis was hypocomplementemic urticarial vasculitis syndrome.
