In the process of the new era and new journey,colleges and universities of applied technologies should base their high education on serving all works of life in China,supplying human resources for new occupations and emerging strategic industries so that they have to nurture high-end,interdisciplinary talents,highquality technicians and workers with entrepreneurship and innovation. For these purposes,it is necessary to further improve the quality and expertise of teachers and administrators of these colleges and universities,so that a contingent of reliable administrators and faculty with professional knowledge can be built who are clean,loyal,and responsible.
