突发公共卫生事件背景下山西医科大学临床专业研究生的职业道德培养模式探讨

摘要 突发公共卫生事件对临床专业研究生开展职业道德培养工作造成了一系列困难,包括居家隔离现状限制教育工作开展、职业道德培养脱离医院实习环境、缺乏具有针对性的个体化教育指导等。山西医科大学临床专业的教育工作者摸索出一种新型职业道德培养模式,即结合网络平台优势,突出榜样教育法的作用,并实施分级管理排查学生职业道德观存在的问题。希望以这种全新的职业道德培养模式为全国各医科院校提供有益参考。 Emergency public health incidents have caused a series of difficulties for clinical postgraduates to develop professional ethics,including the current situation of home isolation restricting the development of education work,the absence of professional ethics training from the hospital internship environment,and the lack of targeted and personalized education guidance. The clinical educators of Shanxi Medical University have explored a new type of professional ethics training model,that is,combining the advantages of the network platform,highlighting the role of model education,and implementing hierarchical management to investigate the problems of students’ professional ethics.It is hoped that this new model of professional ethics training will provide a useful reference for medical schools across the country.
