补肾填精养血汤治疗妊娠期卵巢储备功能不足临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Tianjing Yangxue Tang for Decreased Ovarian Reserve

目的:观察补肾填精养血汤联合戊酸雌二醇片、黄体酮胶囊对妊娠期卵巢储备不足患者卵巢储备功能恢复的影响。方法:将妊娠期卵巢储备功能低下患者100例随机分为2组,对照组50例给予戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用补肾填精养血汤治疗。观察比较2组临床疗效及不良反应情况,检测2组治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)水平变化。结果:总有效率研究组为96.0%,对照组为84.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),E2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,不良反应发生率研究组为4.0%,对照组为20.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾填精养血汤联合西药治疗妊娠期卵巢储备功能低下疗效肯定,能够有效促进患者卵巢储备功能的恢复,减少药物不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang combined with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules on the recovery of ovarian reserve. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with decreased ovarian reserve were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules, and the study group was additionally given Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang based on the treatment of the control group,The clinical effect and the condition of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. The changes in levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and luteinizing hormone(LH) were detected in the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 96.0% in the study group,and 84.0% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of E2 was increased(P<0.05);the improvement on each index above in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.0% in the study group,and 20.0% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Bushen Tianjing Yangxue tang combined with western medicine has defined curative effect in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve during pregnancy, which can effectively promote the recovery of ovarian reserve,and reduce adverse reactions of medicine.
