养肝润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症临床研究

Clinical Study on Yanggan Runmu Prescription Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for Dry Eye of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

目的:观察养肝润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症(DE)的临床疗效。方法:选取96例肝肾阴虚型DE患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养肝润目方治疗,7 d为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗4个疗程。观察2组治疗前后泪液分泌试验(SIt)滤纸湿长、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)及眼部症状积分的变化情况,评估2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后,2组SIt滤纸湿长、BUT均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),FL评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组SIt滤纸湿长及BUT均长于对照组(P<0.05),FL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组眼干涩、畏光、眼疲劳、异物感积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组上述4项眼部症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论:养肝润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型DE可以提高临床疗效,且用药安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yanggan Runmu prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for dry eye(DE) of liver-kidney yin deficiency type. Methods:A total of 96 cases of DE patients of liver-kidney yin deficiency type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The control group was given 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was additionally given Yanggan Runmu prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for four courses,7 days being a course. The changes in the length of the moist filter paper in the SchirmerⅠTest(SIt),tear break-up time(BUT),and the scores of corneal fluorescein staining(FL) and the eye symptoms before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. The clinical effect and safety were evaluated in the two groups. Results:After treatment,the length of the moist filter paper in SIt and BUT in the two groups were lengthened when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and FL scores were decreased(P<0.05). After treatment,the length of the moist filter paper in SIt and BUT in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),and FL score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of dry eye,photophobia,asthenopia,and foreign body sensation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the four scores of the eye symptoms above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion:The therapy of Yanggan Runmu prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can improve clinical effect in the treatment of DE of liver-kidney yin deficiency type,with high medication safety.
