中医护理在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中的应用及满意度评价

Application and Evaluation on Satisfaction of Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Uterine Fibroids at Perioperative Period

目的:评价子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中实行中医护理干预的效果以及对患者护理满意度的影响。方法:将子宫肌瘤患者100例,根据患者入院尾号予以分组,分为A组(入院尾号奇数)及B组(入院尾号偶数),各50例。A组接受中医护理干预,B组接受常规护理干预,比较2组临床效果及护理满意度。结果:A组护理满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后排气时间、住院时间、住院费用与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中实施中医护理干预,有助于减少患者的术后排气时间、住院时间、住院费用,可获得患者对护理工作的满意。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on patients with uterine fibroids at perioperative period and their nursing satisfaction. Methods: A hundred patients with uterine fibroids were divided into Group A(odd number) and Group B(even number) according to the admission number,50 cases in each group. Group A was intervened with Chinese medicine nursing,and Group B was given routine nursing. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results:The score of nursing satisfaction in Group A was higher than that in Group B,the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the comparison of the postoperative farting time,hospital stay time and hospital expenses between Group A and Group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese medicine nursing in patients with uterine fibroids at perioperative period,is helpful to reduce postoperative farting time,hospital stay and hospital expenses,which can obtain great nursing satisfaction from patients.
