中医特色护理在产科中的应用研究

Study on Application of Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Obstetrics

目的:观察中医特色护理在产科护理中的临床疗效。方法:将妊娠女性96例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法为分组原则进行分组,分为常规组与研究组各48例,常规组给予常规产科护理,研究组给予中医特色护理,对比2组护理干预后临床效果。结果:护理干预后研究组抑郁、睡眠质量评分均较常规组低(P<0.05)。研究组泌乳优良率为89.58%,常规组为70.83%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后并发症发生率较常规组低(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为93.75%,常规组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产科开展中医特色护理具有显著的临床应用效果,可以有效改善产妇抑郁、失眠等症状,提高泌乳量,同时有效预防产后并发症,从而减少住院时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in obstetrical nursing.Methods:A total of 96 cases of pregnant women were selected as study objects,and were divided into the routine group and the study group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine obstetrical nursing,and the study group was given Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. The clinical effect after nursing intervention in the two groups was compared. Results: After nursing intervention, the scores of depression and sleep quality in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of lactation was 89.58% in the study group and 70.83% in the routine group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was93.75% in the study group and 75.00% in the routine group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has significant clinical effect in obstetrics, which can effectively improve depression,insomnia and other symptoms in puerpera,increase the amount of lactation,and effectively prevent postpartum complications,thus reducing the length of hospital stay and improving nursing satisfaction.
