穴位按摩联合情志护理对精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者心理状态的影响

Effect of Point Massage Combined with Emotional Nursing on Psychological State in Patients with First-Episode Schizophrenia Complicated with Depressive Symptoms

目的:观察在常规医护措施基础上加用穴位按摩联合情志护理干预精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的临床疗效。方法:选取78例精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各39例。对照组施行常规医护措施,研究组在对照组基础上增加穴位按摩联合情志护理干预,共计12周。于干预前、干预4周、8周及12周后,对2组患者的心理健康状况、抑郁状态及生活质量进行评估。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:干预12周后,研究组临床疗效总有效率89.74%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)阴性症状、阳性症状、一般症状评分及总分随干预时间的增长而不断降低(P<0.05),研究组干预4周、8周、12周后的阴性症状、阳性症状、一般症状评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组HAMD评分均随干预时间的增长而不断降低(P<0.05),研究组干预4周、8周、12周后的HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组SQLS评分均随干预时间的增长而不断降低(P<0.05),研究组干预4周、8周、12周后的SQLS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规医护措施基础上加用穴位按摩联合情志护理能有效改善精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的心理状态,且对生活质量的提高有促进作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point massage combined with emotional nursing on psychological state in patients with first-episode schizophrenia complicated with depressive symptoms based on the routine medical care.Methods: A total of 78 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenia complicated with depressive symptoms were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into the study group and the control group,39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was additionally intervened with point massage combined with emotional nursing based on the nursing of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Before intervention,after four,eight and twelve weeks of intervention respectively,the psychological health status,the depressive state and the quality of life in the two groups were evaluated. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results:After three months of intervention, the total effective rate was 89.74% in the study group and 66.67% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general symptoms as well as the total scores in Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) in the two groups were decreased with the increase of intervention time(P<0.05);after four, eight and twelve weeks of intervention respectiely, the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups were decreased with the increase of intervention time(P<0.05);after four,eight and twelve weeks of intervention respectively, the HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS) in the two groups were decreased with the increase of intervention time(P<0.05);after four,eight and twelve weeks of intervention respectively,the SQLS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of point massage combined with emotional nursing based on the routine medical care can effectively improve psychological state in patients with first-episode schizophrenia complicated with depressive symptoms,and has positive significance in improving the quality of life of patients.
