中药药剂学课程思政之传承与创新

The Inheritance and Innovation of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education of Pharmacy of Chinese Materia Medica

目的在中药药剂学教学中,响应习近平总书记传承发展中医药事业的号召,在讲授理论知识的同时,注重学生对中药制药传统知识技能的传承,以及中药制药技术的现代化发展。方法通过丸剂和红升丹,讲述中药传统制剂传承的重要性,并补充现有教材在这个方面的欠缺;通过山豆根古法鲜汁用或短时水煎的制剂形式,而今法口服体现毒性的演变过程,阐述正确继承传统中药制剂的重要性;通过葛根芩连方古法与今法的制备工艺不同,今法药效提升的事实,阐述对传统中药制剂技术进行创新的重要性。结果授课过程中注重中药传统制剂技术的继承与创新,有助于帮助学生建立正确的学习方向,提升中药药剂学课堂教学内涵,实现中药药剂学课程思政。结论"传承不泥古,创新不离宗。"在中药药剂学教学过程中将思政元素融入教学环节,利于学生掌握中药药剂学理论知识,把中医药这一祖先留给我们的宝贵财富继承好、发展好、利用好。

Objective In the teaching of pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine,in response to the call of general secretary xi jinping to inherit and develop the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,students should pay attention to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and skills as well as the modern development of traditional Chinese medicine technology while teaching theoretical knowledge.Methods Through the pills and Hongsheng minipills,the importance of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine preparations was described,and the deficiency of existing textbooks in this aspect was supplemented.The importance of correctly inheriting traditional Chinese medicine preparation was expounded through the development process of toxicity reflected in oral administration of the preparation form of fresh juice or short-time decoction of the ancient method of rhizoma sinensis.Based on the fact that the preparation process of gegenqinlian recipe is different from that of today’s method and the efficacy of today’s method was improved,the importance of innovation in traditional Chinese medicine preparation technology is expounded.Results Focusing on the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine preparation technology in the teaching process will help students establish a correct learning direction,improve the content of pharmacy teaching,and realize the thought and politics of pharmacy course.Conclusion“Inheriting the essence,keeping the right innovation”Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching process of Chinese medicine pharmacy will help students master the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine pharmacy and inherit,develop and make good use of the precious heritage of Chinese medicine left to us by our ancestors.
