摘要 目的分析渐进式教学方法在临床护理带教中的开展与效果。方法选取2018年7月—12月接收的42名外科护理实习生作为本次研究的对照组,另选取2019年1月—6月接收的42名外科护理实习生作为观察组。2组带教方式分别为传统教学以及渐进式教学。分析比较2组的教学效果。结果观察组基本素质、理论知识以及操作技能等评分均高于对照组,观察组对护理专业认知以及各项综合能力的自我评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将渐进式教学应用于临床护理带教中有助于帮助护理实习生更好地掌握护理专业知识以及操作技能,对其基本素质的形成以及综合能力的培养均起到良好的促进作用。 Objective To analyze the development and effect of progressive teaching in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 42 surgical nursing interns received by our hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as the control group of this study,and 42 surgical nursing interns received by our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.Two groups of teaching methods were traditional teaching and progressive teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The scores of basic quality,theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the self-evaluation of the observation group on the professional cognition and comprehensive ability of nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of progressive teaching in clinical nursing teaching can help the nursing interns master the nursing professional knowledge and operation skills better,and promote the formation of their basic quality and the cultivation of their comprehensive ability.
