补气健脾类中药联合雷火灸治疗癌因性疲乏临床研究

Clinical Study on Tonifying Qi and Invigorating Spleen Herbs Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue

目的系统性评价补气健脾类中药联合雷火灸治疗癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月收治恶性肿瘤患者患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组30例,采用一般对症支持治疗方法,试验组30例在对照组的基础上应用健脾益气中药复方联合雷火灸,应用2周期,应用Piper量表观察2组患者的癌因性乏力治疗有效率。结果试验组痊愈0例,显效10例,有效8例,无效12例,总效有效率为60%。对照组痊愈0例,显效6例,有效3例,无效21例,对照组为30%,总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论补气健脾类中药联合雷火灸治疗癌因性疲乏患者安全有效,可以改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生存质量,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of tonifying qi and invigorating spleen herbs combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated by general symptomatic support therapy.30 patients in the experimental group were treated by tonifying qi and invigorating spleen herbs combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of cancer-related fatigue was observed by Piper scale.Results In the experimental group,0 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 60%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,6 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effective,and 21 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was was 30%(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat cancer-related fatigue patients with tonifying qi and invigorating spleen herbs combined with thunder fire moxibustion,which can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients,and is worth popularizing widely.
