温熨点穴法治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Ironing Point Therapy in the Treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Xerophthalmia

目的观察温熨点穴法结合中医护理治疗MGD型干眼症的临床效果。方法将符合MGD型干眼症诊断标准的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用温熨点穴法干预治疗结合中医护理,并配合可乐必妥眼药水点眼,对照组采取爱丽眼药水点眼配合可乐必妥药水点眼。按照疗效评定标准评定最终疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率92.5%明显优于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温熨点穴法结合中医护理治疗MGD型干眼症可缓解患者眼部不适症状,临床疗效明显。

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of warm ironing point therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on MGD type xerophthalmia.Methods 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of MGD xerophthalmia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with warm iron-point therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and combined with colobitol eye drops.The control group was treated with Aili eye drops combined with colobitol eye drops.The final curative effect was evaluated according to the evaluation criteria.Results After 1 course of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5%which was significantly better than 82.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm ironing point therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of MGD type xerophthalmia can relieve the symptoms of eye discomfort,and the clinical effect is obvious.
