中医骨折三期治疗在肱骨近端骨折术后中的应用

The Application of Three-stage Fracture Syndrome Differentiation Therapy in Fracture of Proximal Humerus

目的探讨中医骨折三期治疗在肱骨近端骨折术后的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年1月肱骨近端骨折患者62例分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医骨折三期治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的生存质量、肢体功能情况及术后并发症发生率情况。结果2组患者治疗前生存质量、肢体功能相近,均无显著性差异(P>0.5),治疗后,观察组患者生存质量、肢体功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肱骨近端骨折术后给予中医骨折三期治疗,可有效改善患者的生活质量和肢体功能,并降低并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of three-stage treatment of fracture of proximal humerus.Methods 62 patients with proximal humeral fracture from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given three-stage treatment of fracture based on the control group.The quality of life,limb function and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.5).After treatment,the quality of life and limb function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-stage treatment of fracture of proximal humerus after operation can effectively improve the quality of life and limb energy supply of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
