摘要
目的探讨益气养心汤联合比索洛尔对冠心病患者心功能及凝血功能的影响。方法将2018年8月—2019年8月收治的70例冠心病患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组给予比索洛尔治疗,研究组给予益气养心汤联合比索洛尔治疗,2组均治疗4周。对比2组临床疗效、心功能、凝血功能以及不良反应。结果与干预前比较,干预后2组LVEF、SV显著升高(P<0.01),PT、FIB水平显著升高,MPAR显著降低(P<0.01);干预后与对照组比较,研究组总有效率显著较高(P<0.01),LVEF、SV显著较高(P<0.01),PT、FIB水平显著较高,MPAR显著较低(P<0.01)。2组均未出现严重不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气养心汤联合比索洛尔能更有效地改善冠心病患者症状、心功能及凝血功能,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with bisoprolol on the cardiac function and coagulation function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given bisoprolol,and the study group was given Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with bisoprolol.2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,cardiac function,coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,LVEF and SV increased significantly(P<0.01),levels of PT and FIB increased significantly,MPAR decreased significantly(P<0.01),and after intervention,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.01),levels of LVEF and SV were significantly higher(P<0.01),levels of PT and FIB were significantly higher,MPAR was significantly lower(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with bisoprolol can effectively improve the symptoms,heart function and coagulation function of patients with coronary heart disease,and has a higher safety.
