一带一路背景下中医药类留学生教学基地建设的构想与实践

The Educational Basement Construction Conception and Its Practice for Traditional Chinese Medicine International Students under the Background of The Belt and Road

本文通过来华中医药类留学生问卷调查、国家政策、中医药文件及法律法规之收集、引用、解读,与国内中医药高等教育教学模式之参考、课程设置对比等。了解到中医药类留学生教学基地建设硬件上基本依托国内中医药大学对外交流学院或国际上各个国家和地区的中医孔子学院或中医医疗中心,软件上即教育中心课程设计上并未系统化,提出需要从文化背景课程、中医课程、国艺、医疗合作中心等诸多方面具体化考虑。比较具体地探讨了"一带一路"背景下中医药类留学生教学基地建设的课程的构想与实践设计。得出当前以应对新冠疫情等公共卫生事件为切入点,培养"一带一路"地区和国家急需的应对公共卫生事件中医药人才为突破口,同时带动留学生课程优质建设、未来健康产业、互联网+中医、国外医疗服务中心、中医孔子学院等相关联建设。

The educational basement construction conception and its practicing design for traditional Chinese medicine international students under the background of The Belt and Road was discussed by collecting,citing and analyzing the questionnaire survey,national policy,TCM documents,laws and regulations,referring to the domestic TCM teaching model and curriculum provisions.The construction hardware of international students’TCM teaching basements basically depend on the international college of universities of TCM,the TCM Confucius Institutes from different countries and regions,or TCM medical centers.Thus,combining the traditional TCM talent-cultivating schemes,referring to the training programs of modern colleges and universities of TCM and the different cultural background and developing direction in the future of students from different countries and regions,the practical conception with TCM characteristics in cultivating talents should consider from aspects like cultural background curriculums,TCM curriculums,national arts and medical cooperation center etc.The key of the conception and practice of TCM teaching basement construction for international students lies in the faculty,curriculum provisions,cooperative medical service and the combining directions with other industries under the background of The Belt and Road.
