摘要 2005年1月我们曾发表述评《融合还是置换:对颈椎植骨融合术的再认识》[1],一晃至今已经15年了。这15年是人工颈椎间盘置换术(artificial cervical disc replacement,ACDR)在我国发展至关重要的历史时期,其经历了由逐渐开展、推广普及、蓬勃发展再到当前进入临床应用低谷期的变化。
