近红外单光子探测器窄门控信号产生方法研究

摘要 采用门控淬灭技术的单光子探测更容易实现高速探测,并且使用寿命更长。门控信号的宽度与探测噪声及探测效率直接相关。基于高速D触发器特性以及高精度可编程延迟芯片,提出了一种频率和门控信号宽度可调的脉冲信号产生方法。通过对芯片特性进行研究,设计了实验电路并对实验结果进行了展示和讨论。结果表明,该方法能够产生最小门宽1 ns、最大频率100 MHz的门控信号。 Single-photon detection using gated quenching technology is easier to achieve high-speed detection and has a longer service life. The width of the gated signal is directly related to the detection noise and detection efficiency. Based on the characteristics of high-speed D flip-flop and high-precision programmable delay chip, a pulse signal generation method with adjustable frequency and gated signal width is proposed. The experimental circuit is designed by studying the characteristics of the chip, and the experimental results are displayed and discussed. The results show that the method can generate a gated signal with a minimum gate width of 1 ns and a maximum frequency of 100 MHz.
