The aging problem of China’s population is caused by the insufficient accumulation of basic wealth.With the increasing number and age of the elderly workers,the pressure of paying public pensions faced by the government is also mounting.In order to solve the problem of aging,many countries,including China,have promulgated a number of policies to promote the employment of elderly workers,which is one of the measures to solve the problem of population aging.This essay will comparative analysis of the relevant policies of many countries and provide some practical suggestions and experiences from the reform of relevant systems,the development of jobs,the implementation of flexible retirement mechanism and other aspects.
