摘要 我国的人口老龄化问题是在社会的基本财富积累不够充分的背景下产生的。随着高龄劳动者的数量和年龄的不断增加,政府所面临的公共养老金的支付压力也在加大。为了解决老龄化问题,包括我国在内的多个国家颁布了多个促进高龄劳动者就业的政策作为解决人口老龄化问题的措施之一。论文通过比较分析多个国家的相关政策,从改革相关制度、开发工作岗位、推行弹性退休机制等多个方面给我国提供一些实用的建议和经验。 The aging problem of China’s population is caused by the insufficient accumulation of basic wealth.With the increasing number and age of the elderly workers,the pressure of paying public pensions faced by the government is also mounting.In order to solve the problem of aging,many countries,including China,have promulgated a number of policies to promote the employment of elderly workers,which is one of the measures to solve the problem of population aging.This essay will comparative analysis of the relevant policies of many countries and provide some practical suggestions and experiences from the reform of relevant systems,the development of jobs,the implementation of flexible retirement mechanism and other aspects.
