摘要
当前我国本科高校在特殊教育师资培养中呈现院校类型和培养方向较为单一,培养目标与一线教学需求存在差距,培养层次和规模数量有待提升,课程体系专业性不够凸显,技能训练目标不够明确,校内校外实践体系衔接不够顺畅等问题。面对新时代社会和政府对高质量特殊教育师资的需求和期望,高校需要以师范类专业认证工作为契机,树立"标尺"和"证据"意识,从人才培养方案改革入手,理清"培养目标—毕业要求—课程目标"之间逻辑关系,构建层次化的课程体系、多元化的实践模式、持续改进的质量保障机制,并在师范生日常培养过程中渗透合作教学与融合教育的理念技能,提高师资培养质量。
At present,the types of colleges and universities in the training of special education talents are relatively simple,the professional is not enough,the goal of skill training is unclear,and the connection between the off-campus practice system is not smooth.Faced with the needs and expectations of high-quality special education teachers in the new era society and the government,colleges and universities need to take the Teacher Professional Certification work as an opportunity,to reform talent training program and clarify the logical relationship between"training goal-graduation requirements-course objectives",improve the curriculum system and practice mode,and then to improve the quality of teacher training.
