基于CiteSpace心肾不交相关文献知识图谱分析

An Analysis of Related Literature Knowledge Map of Heart-Kidney Non-Interaction Syndrome Based on CiteSpace

目的:探讨心肾不交的研究概况,归纳研究热点,探求未来研究趋势。方法:计算机检索1978年1月1日至2018年12月31日发表于中国知网数据库有关心肾不交的文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱分析,重点分析发文量、作者、研究机构和关键词,绘制相对应的知识图谱。结果:本研究共纳入931篇研究文献,心肾不交相关文献的年发文量总体上呈增长趋势。经知识图谱分析,得到发文量排名前5位的作者为李跃华、戴其军、瞿联霞、柯进、覃甘梅等;发文量前5位的科研机构有北京中医药大学、山东中医药大学、南京中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学等;中心度排名前10位的关键词为心肾不交、水火不济、临床观察、交泰丸、失眠、交通心肾、脏腑兼病、不寐、抑郁症、心肾相交;排名前15位的突现关键词为水火不济、脏腑兼病、安神、肾水、心(中医)、心阳、心病辨证、心火、安神剂、辨证施治、心肾不交、中医药疗法、围绝经期综合征、抑郁症、不寐等。结论:心肾不交研究的热度和关注度持续上升,研究热点已逐渐从理论研究向临床研究转变。但是,研究作者、科研机构之间的合作不够密切,核心作者匮乏,尚未形成具有重要影响力的研究主体,研究的深度和广度有待进一步加强。

Objective:To explore the research situation of heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome,summarize the research hotspots,and explore the future research trend.Methods:The literature of heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome published in CNKI from January 1,1978 to December 31,2018 was searched by computer.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the knowledge map,focusing on the amount of papers,authors,research institutions and keywords,and drawing the corresponding knowledge map.Results:A total of 931 pieces of research literature were included in this study,and the annual number of papers published in this study showed an increasing trend on the whole.According to the knowledge map analysis,the top five authors were Li Yue-hua,Dai Qi-jun,Qu Lian-xia,Ke Jin,Qin Gan-mei,etc.The top five scientific research institutions with the largest number of papers were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,etc.The top 10 key words of centrality were heart-kidney non-interaction,discordance of water and fire,clinical observation,Jiaotai Pill(交泰丸,JTP),insomnia,communicating heart and kidney,concurrent diseases of viscera,insomnia,depression and intersection of heart and kidney.The top 15 emergent keywords were discordance of water and fire,concurrent diseases of viscera,tranquilizing mind,kidney water,heart(TCM),heart yang,syndrome differentiation of heart disease,heart fire,tranquilizer,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,heart-kidney non-interaction,TCM therapy,perimenopausal syndrome,depression,insomnia,etc.Conclusion:The research focus on heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome has gradually changed from theoretical research to clinical research.However,the cooperation between research authors and institutions is not close enough,the core authors are scarce,and the research subject with important influence has not yet formed.The depth and breadth of the research need to be further strengthened in the future.
