摘要
合成了脲基嘧啶酮衍生的苯并21冠7主体分子和仲铵盐客体分子。该主体分子和客体分子可以通过四重氢键和主客体作用正交自组装成[2]准轮烷二聚体。核磁共振氢谱表明,该[2]准轮烷二聚体的解组装和重新组装可以通过加入和去除K+来可逆调控。
A ureidopyrimidinone-linked benzo-21-crown-7 host molecule and a secondary ammonium salt molecule were synthesized.A[2]pseudorotaxane dimer could be orthogonally self-assembled from the host and guest molecules by the quadruple hydrogen bonding and host-guest interactions.The results from 1 H NMR suggested that the disassembly and reassembly of this[2]pseudorotaxane dimer could be reversibly controlled by addition/removal of K+.
