本文用随机过程的方法来分析皮带秤的称重机理,通过相关技术对皮带秤的时域和频域来描述皮带秤的稳定性和耐久性。实时监控皮带秤的工作状态。提出抵消皮带秤张力影响,提高测量精度,并用相关技术估算抵消张力影响的效果。

In this paper,the random process method is used to analyze the weighing mechanism of belt scale,the stability and durability of the belt scale are described by the time domain and frequency domain of the belt scale.Monitor the working status of belt scale in real time.It is proposed to offset the influence of the belt balance tension,improve the measurement accuracy,and estimate the effect of counteracting the influence of the tension with related techniques.
