“和谐使命-2018”数字化摄影检查南太四国与美洲六国患者疾病阳性率对比分析

Comparison and analysis of the positive rates in digital radiography of the patients between the 4 South Pacific countries and 6 Latin American countries during Mission Harmony-2018 onboard the hospital ship

目的通过"和谐使命-2018"任务期间医院船完成数字化摄影(digital radiography,DR)检查情况,对比、分析南太平洋4个国家(巴布亚新几内亚、瓦努阿图、斐济、汤加,简称南太四国)与美洲6个国家(委内瑞拉、格林纳达、多米尼克、安提瓜和巴布达、多米尼加、厄瓜多尔,简称美洲六国)患者主要疾病的阳性率情况,为执行后续任务提供参考。方法分析、对比任务期间南太四国与美洲六国患者DR检查部位、阳性率、主要疾病发生情况。结果完成DR检查共5307例,南太四国1985例,美洲六国3322例,最多的检查部位是四肢,阳性率最高的国家是厄瓜多尔。南太四国:检查病例数男性多于女性;胸部主要疾病是肺炎、小结节、慢性支气管炎;脊柱主要疾病是退行性变、椎体滑脱、压缩性骨折;四肢主要疾病是退行性病变、骨折、畸形愈合。美洲六国:检查病例数女性多于男性;胸部主要疾病是心影增大、小结节、陈旧性病灶;脊柱主要疾病是退行性变、椎体滑脱、脊柱术后;四肢主要疾病是退行性变、骨折术后、骨折愈合后。结论南太四国与美洲六国疾病谱有一定的差异性,部分差异明显,了解和掌握这些差异,可以为今后的医疗救助服务准备提供更加精准的参考。

Objective To compare and analyze the positive rates of main diseases in the patients from the 4 South Pacific countries(Papua New Guinea,Vanuatu,Fiji,Tonga)and 6 Latin American countries(Venezuela,Grenada,Dominica,Antigua and Barbuda,Dominica and Ecuador)during Mission Harmony-2018,through detection by digital radiography(DR)onboard the hospital ship,so as to provide reference for such future missions.Methods During the mission,we analyzed and compared the results of DR detection,including detection sites,positive rates and morbidity of main diseases in the patients from the 4 South Pacific countries and 6 Latin American countries.Results Performed during the mission were a total of 5307 cases of DR detections,of which 1985 were from the 4 South Pacific countries and 3322 were from the 6 Latin American countries.The most-frequently detected sites were the 4 limbs and Ecuador had the highest positive rate.In the 4 South Pacific countries,the rate of morbidity in the male was higher than that in the female.The main chest disorders were pneumonia,pulmonary nodules and chronic bronchitis.The main problems in the spinal column were degeneration,spondylexarthrosis and compression fracture.The major diseases in the 4 limbs were degenerative change and fracture malunion.In the 6 Latin American countries,the rate of morbidity in the female was higher than that in the male.The major chest diseases were heart shadow enlargement,pulmonary nodules and old foci.The major diseases in the spinal column were degenerative change,spondylexarthrosis and postoperative status of spine.The main disorders in the 4 limbs were degeneration,postoperative change of fracture and post-healing status of fracture.postoperative change of fracture and post-healing status of fracture.Conclusion When comparisons were made between the 4 South Pacific countries and the 6 Latin American countries,certain differences could be seen in the disease spectrum,with obvious differences in certain respects.
