2015-2017年海军某医院患者血型鉴定、抗筛试验情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of blood type identification and anti-screening test for the patients in a certain naval hospital from 2015 to 2017

目的调查分析海军某医院输血前血型鉴定和抗筛试验的检查情况,以指导后续制定输血方案。方法对2015-2017年海军某医院入院患者进行血型鉴定及不规则抗体的筛查,统计血型鉴定和不规则抗体检查的情况。结果共发现正反定型不符样本25例,不规则抗体61例。结论入院患者接受血型鉴定时,要认真进行血型的正反定型试验,输血前,特别是交叉配血不合、输血史、妊娠史或短期内需多次输血的患者等应进行抗筛试验。血型鉴定和抗筛试验在输血工作中是不可或缺的。

Objective To investigate and analyze blood type identification and anti-screening test before transfusion in a certain naval hospital,so as to give guidance to later blood transfusion profiles.Methods Blood types were identified in patients admitted to the hospital from 2015 to 2017 and irregular antibody screening was performed,and then blood type identification and irregular antibody were analyzed.Results There were a total of 25 cases of non-conformity and 61 cases of irregular antibodies in the subjects.Conclusion When patients underwent blood type identification,they should receive positive and negative blood type tests.Before transfusion,especially in patients with cross-matching inconformity,blood transfusion history,pregnancy history or repeated blood transfusion within a short time,anti-screening tests should be performed.Blood type identification and anti-screening are absolutely necessary in blood transfusion.
