Risks of ocean-going missions during COVID-19 outbreaks and related countermeasures

目的探讨执行远海任务期间对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情防控的对策。方法通过分析新冠肺炎疫情给远海任务带来的新的安全风险,结合新冠肺炎疫情传播特点,研究任务前防疫准备和任务中防疫工作。结果与结论远海任务防疫工作标准要求高,应坚持"应备尽备、彻底排查"原则做好出航前的防疫准备;执行任务过程中应以"外防疫情输入"为重点,高度警惕疫情风险,加强易感环节管控,通过优化任务模式减少疫情输入可能,并迅即妥善处置突发情况,做好疫情防控工作。

Objective To explore prevention and control measures against COVID-19 during prolonged ocean-going missions.Methods By analyzing the new safety risks brought by COVID-19 epidemic to ocean-going missions and in accordance with the features of COVID-19 epidemic transmission,efforts should be made to consider carefully about epidemic prevention measures before and during missions.Results and Conclusion Epidemic prevention during ocean-going missions claimed high demands.Based on the principle of"making full preparation as much as one could,and thorough check"as far as possible,complete prophylactic measures should be made before deployment.In course of carrying out missions,focus should be placed on"the prevention of transfer from outside.One should be highly alert to epidemic risks,straiten control and management of those susceptible links,minimize the possibility of outside epidemic transfer by mission optimization,and handle emergencies promptly and properly,so that good results could be achieved in epidemic prevention and control.
