新型冠状病毒肺炎临时专科隔离病房护士睡眠情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the sleep status of the nurses who worked in the temporary special isolation ward during the epidemic of corona virus disease-2019

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)临时专科隔离病房护士睡眠情况。方法2020年3月31日向湖北省妇幼保健院光谷院区新冠肺炎临时专科隔离病房护士通过微信群发放自制睡眠调查问卷,收回问卷291份,有效问卷284份,有效回收率97.59%。结果92.96%护士存在不同程度失眠;容易发生失眠的工作班次占比位例前3的是:污染区大夜班04∶00-8∶00(76.41%)、污染区大夜班00∶00-04∶00(69.01%)、污染区小夜班20∶00-24∶00(34.86%);失眠原因占比位列前3的是:频繁倒夜班未能及时适应(74.30%)、女性生理期不适(26.06%)、护理新冠肺炎患者压力大(25.00%);失眠后次日身体不适主要表现:乏力、头痛;失眠调整方法占比位列前3的是:听音乐室内运动调整(59.15%)、借助助眠药物(32.75%)、和家人朋友同事倾诉调整(27.46%)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎临时专科隔离病房护士任务期间睡眠偏差,建议管理部门关注一线护士睡眠,多途径多渠道关心解决护士睡眠问题,提高护士疫情防控救护能力。

Objective To investigate the sleep status of the nurses who worked in the temporary special isolation ward during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods A self-made sleep status questionnaire was conducted among the nurses who worked in the temporary special isolation ward,Guoguang Branch,Hubei Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital,during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Results 92.96%of the nurses had insomnia to various extents.The top 3 more vulnerable working shifts were:the early morning hours from 04∶00-08∶00 in the heavily-contaminated zone(76.41%);the small hours from 00∶00-04∶00 in the heavily-contaminated zone(69.01%)and the early night hours from 20∶00-24∶00 in contaminated zone(34.86%).The top 3 causes of insomnia were:deacclimatization due to frequent working shifts(74.30%),physiological discomfort of the female(26.06%)and heavy strain in the care of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(25.00%).The main manifestations of insomnia were fatigue and headache.The top 3 methods to deal with insomnia were:listening to music and doing indoor exercises(59.15%),taking hypnotics(32.75%),and chatting with family folks,friends and colleagues(27.46%).Conclusion Sleep quality of the nurses working in temporary isolation ward during the epidemic of coronavirus disease-2019 is on the whole obviously poor.It is suggested that the hospital administrative should pay great attention to the sleep status of front-line nurses,and efforts should be made to solve the sleep problems among nurses,so that their abilities concerning epidemic prevention and nursing care could be further improved.
