摘要
目的:分析研究尼麦角林联合曲舍林及心理疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:此次研究对象均为脑卒中后抑郁患者,共计78例,纳入病患起始时间是2018年07月,截止时间是2019年05月,以随机数字表法实施分组,分别是对照组39例(予其开展曲舍林联合心理治疗)和研究组39例(予其开展尼麦角林联合曲舍林及心理治疗),比较两组总体治疗效果、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分。结果:在总体治疗效果的比较上,研究组较之对照组明显更高(P<0.05);在HAMD评分及NIHSS评分的对比上,两组治疗后皆有所降低,但研究组的降低幅度较之对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗脑卒中后抑郁联合应用尼麦角林、曲舍林及心理疗法,可获得更为确切的治疗效果,患者抑郁情绪改善明显,且更有助于其神经功能恢复。
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effects of nimergoline combined with trasylin and psychotherapy in treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:78 cases of patients with post-stroke depression and who treated from July 2018 to May 2019 were included as the research objects in this study,and the patients were grouped by the random number table method,which 39 cases in the control group(treated with trimethoprim combined psychotherapy)and 39 cases in the study group(treated with trimethoprim combined with trimethoprim and psychotherapy).Then,the overall treatment effect,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores and NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of two groups were compared.Results:The overall treatment effect were compared,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The HAMD score and NIHSS score were compared,two groups were decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nimergoline,traschelline and psychotherapy in clinical treatment of post-stroke depression can achieve more accurate treatment effect,and the patients’depression can be improved significantly,and it is more helpful to the recovery of its neural function.
