摘要
经现场监督检查发现,蒙西地区火电厂现场污秽度测试工作存在参照绝缘子选型错误,取样时间、位置、周期不符合要求,参照绝缘子表面积参数不准确,监测点布局不合理,等级划分依据错误等问题,分析了各项问题对现场污秽度测试结果的影响,进而提出了正确选用规程标准、合理设置现场污秽度监测点以及规范火电厂参照绝缘子取样制度的建议,供火电厂开展输变电设备外绝缘配置及电气设备污闪故障防治工作参考。
Through on-site supervision and inspection,it is found that there are some problems in the site pollution severity test of thermal power plants in western Inner Mongolia,such as the selection of reference insulator type is wrong,the sampling time,location and period are not in line with the requirements,the reference insulator surface area parameters are not accurate,the layout of monitoring points is unreasonable,and the classification basis is wrong.Some suggestions are put forward after analyzing the influence of the problems on the site pollution severity test results,such as correctly selecting rules and standards,reasonably setting up on-site pollution monitoring points,and standardizing the reference insulator sampling system in thermal power plants.It is of great significance to guide the external insulation configuration of power transmission and transformation equipment in thermal power plant and to prevent pollution flashover accident of electrical equipment.
